Just a report on my weekly weigh in. The scale said 197.2 this morning. So it looks like my body is deciding to catch up with me. That is a pound lost from last week. Woo Hoo!!!
Still working out 5 days a week. Zumba two days and Boot Camp 3. I HATE exercising so this is a HUGE deal for me!
